Due to high interest in our Chess Club, we will be using a lottery system for enrollment to ensure fairness and accommodate as many participants as possible.

How It Works:

  1. Sign Up – Interested students must submit their names and information below

  2. Random Selection – A lottery will be conducted to randomly select participants.

  3. Notification – Selected students will be notified and given further details. Those selected will be given 48 hours to respond to confirm their participation.

  4. Waitlist – If you aren’t selected, you’ll be placed on a waitlist in case spots open up.

Please remember volunteers keep our programs alive!  All of our programs are volunteer run, and we are looking for assistant and lead teachers - especially those that may want to teach a specific workshop in the future!  (Unfortunately, we can't accommodate minor volunteers at this time.)

Have questions or need more information, please contact Emad Zand, Programs VP.
